What I do?

Counselling/Psychotherapy Service
  1. Providing professional therapeutic support in a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental, and empathetic space to address individuals’ emotional, mental, and psychological challenges in improving their mental health and emotional well-being
  2. Working collaboratively to address specific issues or challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attacks, personality disorders, relationships, domestic violence, or chronic mental health caused by unconscious patterns and past experiences, focusing on positive outcomes.
  3. Providing face-to-face and online services in English, Hindi, and Nepali to help adolescents, individuals, couples/families, and groups better understand the problems caused by underlying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and promote lasting change.
